Bombay HC: Dandiya Not an Integral Part of Festival, Can’t be Claimed as Right - (23 Oct 2015)

Bombay HC while dismissing a petition filed by residents of Cassi Mitha building which is adjacent to Rocky Hill Complex in Malabar Hill, has held that celebrations like dandiya are not integral part of religion and could not be claimed as a matter of right.
