Teacher Not Liable for Abetment if Student Commits Suicide on Punishment: MP High Court - (25 Jun 2018)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that criminal proceedings for abetment of suicide cannot be initiated against a teacher if a student committed suicide on feeling humiliated by punishment.
