Kerala High Court: Madrasa Not a Place of Worship - (23 Oct 2015)

Kerala High Court while dismissing a petition filed by B A Kasim of Kasargod seeking to shift or relocate the polling booths in ward no 1 of Chengala Grama Panchayat, Kasargod, has held that a ‘madrasa’ is not a place of worship and so it could be used as a polling booth.
