As Justice Chelameswar Retires Today, KM Joseph's Elevation to Supreme Court Back in Crisis - (22 Jun 2018)

After the Centre sent back its recommendation of Justice Joseph, the Supreme Court had in May agreed to reiterate it’s his sanction for the judge. However, it is yet to formally move on the same.
