Installing CCTV Cameras Without Flat Owner’s Consent is Invasion of Privacy: Bombay High Court - (19 Jun 2018)

Bombay High Court has held that installing CCTV cameras outside somebody’s flat or residence without their consent in order to monitor their daily movement is an invasion of privacy.
