Delhi HC Says, “Custody Death, a Naked Violation of Human Dignity” - (21 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC on plea filed by family of victim, Shahnawaz Chaudhary who died in police custody, has termed custodial torture a "naked violation of human dignity" and ordered immediate seizure of CCTV footage of the police station and its nearby areas where a 34-year-old man was allegedly tortured.
