Bombay HC Slams Maharashtra Govt. for Delay in Providing Land to Build Night Shelters - (21 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court has slammed Maharashtra Government for delay in providing land to build night shelters for the homeless people, saying it has taken an insensitive approach on the issue.
