Section 29A Ineligibility Doesn't Apply to Ongoing Insolvency Proceedings: NCLT - (11 Jun 2018)

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ruled that Section 29A ineligibility under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) doesn’t apply to ongoing insolvency proceedings.
