Kerala HC Directs 43 Businessmen to Produce Permits for Carrying Business - (20 Oct 2015)

Kerala HC while taking petition filed by residents of Panampilly Nagar questioning alleged widespread commercialization of residential zone, has directed operators of 43 business establishments in said area to produce permits or licences granted to them to carry on commercial activities there.
