Allahabad High Court: Power Cos Without Wilful Defaulter Tag Can't be Taken to NCLT - (04 Jun 2018)

Allahabad High Court has ruled that a power company can’t be taken to bankruptcy court for not repaying loans unless it has been declared a wilful defaulter.
