Supreme Court to Haryana Govt. : How Many BPL Houses Have Toilets - (20 Oct 2015)

Supreme Court while taking a case relating to Panchyat Polls in which one of the criteria is that a candidate must have a functional toilet in his/her house, has asked Haryana Government to submit details as to how many Below Poverty Line (BPL) families in State have toilets in their houses.
