Delhi HC Imposes Rs. 50,000 Cost on AAP Legislator Surender Singh in Fake Degree Case - (20 Oct 2015)

Delhi High Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 50,000 on AAP legislator Surender Singh for delay in filing his reply to an election petition of BJP leader Karan Singh Tanwar alleging that the legislator has a fake graduation degree.
