Gujarat HC Seeks Report on Investigation of Patel Quota Agitation Custodial Death Case - (20 Oct 2015)

Gujarat High Court has directed State CID to file a progress report on investigation into custodial death case of a youth in Ahmedabad during Patel community's agitation for quota in August and ordered Investigating Officer to remain present before it on October 28.
