Delhi HC Grants Ex-parte Injunction Restraining Cobrapost From Releasing Incriminating Documentary - (25 May 2018)

Delhi HC has granted ex-parte order restraining Cobrapost from releasing incriminating documentary showing how Dainik Bhaskar and other media houses had agreed to undercover reporter’s business proposal offering money for news coverage designed to polarise voters in favour of Hindutva.
