Bombay High Court Sets Aside Acquittal of Accused Charged for Murder - (10 Aug 2015)

Bombay High Court has convicted and awarded life imprisonment to a 22-year-old man for murder. High Court observed that prosecution’s case had been proved beyond reasonable doubt.
