Delhi HC Rejects Centre’s Plea Against Order to Promote IRS Officer - (25 May 2018)

Delhi High Court has dismissed Centre’s appeal challenging Central Administrative Tribunal order and directed it to give promotion to Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer Ashok Kumar Aggarwal, who was earlier reinstated on an order of the Supreme Court.
