Delhi High Court Clears Path for Taj Hotel Auction - (23 May 2018)

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea by Tata Group-owned Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), challenging the tender procedure for the proposed auction of Taj Mahal Hotel by the New Delhi Municipal Council.
