Daughter of Indian immigrant in UK gets British passport - (18 Oct 2015)

Calling the British Home Office’s assertions of Deelavathi Bondada being fathered by someone other than her claimed biological father “absurd” in light of “compelling DNA evidence”, a High Court granted a British passport to Deelavathi, till now an Indian citizen. She was born two years after her father became a British citizen, and claimed a British passport for herself by descent.
