Bombay HC Imposes 50,000 Fine on CBI For Arrest of Woman After Sunset - (21 May 2018)

Bombay High Court has slapped a fine of Rs. 50,000 on the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for an illegal arrest made by its officer in the PNB fraud case.
