Can’t Arrest Anyone Without Following Just Procedure: Supreme Court - (17 May 2018)

Supreme Court, while digging in its heels on its March 20 ruling in which it had barred immediate arrests in cases registered under the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act, has said that no one can be arrested without following a procedure that is just, fair and reasonable.
