Woman Governed By Muslim Personal Law Can Invoke Provisions of DV Act: Bombay HC - (15 May 2018)

Bombay High Court has held that merely because parties are governed by the Muslim Personal Law, it should not be an impediment in the wife invoking provisions of the Domestic Violence Act.
