Bombay High Court Upholds The Dismissal of ‘Latecomer’ Civil Judge - (11 May 2018)

Bombay High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by a probationer Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class at Ulhasnagar and was dismissed from service for being unsuitable.
