Rajya Sabha Rules Bar Public Statements on Removal Notices: Supreme Court - (08 May 2018)

Supreme Court has said that Rajya Sabha rules prohibited lawmakers from making public statements on the removal of a judge of the higher judiciary without any notice in Parliament.
