Supreme Court Notice to Centre on Fresh Pleas Seeking to Decriminalize Gay Sex - (02 May 2018)

Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Centre on two separate pleas challenging section 377 of the Indian Penal Code which criminalizes unnatural sex, including the carnal intercourse between consenting adults of the same gender.
