Madras High Court Dismisses DMK Plea for Disqualification of O. Panneerselvam - (01 May 2018)

Madras High Court has dismissed petitions seeking disqualification of Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam and 10 other MLAs for having defied the party whip in February, 2017.
