Pay Rs 2 Lakh Relief to Man Sent to Mental Hospital by Judge: Delhi High Court - (27 Apr 2018)

Delhi High Court has expressed its apology to a 71-year-old man who spent 20 days in a mental health hospital last year on the orders of a judge hearing his compensation case because he had lost his temper over the slow pace of the hearing.
