No Absolute Bar to Summon Aged Woman Before Enforcement Directorate: Madras High Court - (27 Apr 2018)

Madras High Court has dismissed plea of senior advocate Nalini Chidambaram, challenging summons to requiring her personal appearance before Enforcement Directorate in Kolkata.
