NGT Directs Power Generation Companies to Stick to Coal Norms - (19 Oct 2015)

NGT has directed Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, State and Central Pollution Control Boards to keep a strict watch on power units on monthly basis and directed power generation companies to strictly adhere to set norms of not using coal having more than 34 pc ash content.
