Madras HC: Pvt. Teachers Can't Claim Salary at Par with Govt. Staff - (19 Oct 2015)

Madras HC has held that teachers of private schools cannot claim salary at par with their counterparts in government schools. The order also made it clear that government could not force management of a private school to pay salary to its staff on par with State Government-run school teachers.
