Delhi HC Orders Protection for Victim's Wife, Father-in-Law in 'Custody' Death Case - (19 Oct 2015)

Delhi HC while hearing a plea by victim’s family demanding an SIT investigation into his death, has ordered police to ensure protection to wife and father-in-law of the man who was killed allegedly due to torture in custody.
