Bombay HC Upholds Bail Granted to EX-Goa Chief Minister in Louis Bribery Case - (19 Oct 2015)

Bombay High Court has upheld order of a trial court in Panaji that granted anticipatory bail to former Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat in the Louis Berger bribery case.
