Bombay High Court: Accused’s Admission in Bigamy Cases Can’t Prove Second Marriage - (18 Apr 2018)

Bombay High Court has held that in cases of adultery or bigamy, the admission of marriage by an accused cannot be construed as an evidence to prove marriage.
