Bombay High Court Asks DGCA Not to Blindly Follow International Rules for A320neo Grounding - (17 Apr 2018)

Bombay High Court has said that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) must not "blindly" follow international guidelines on air safety but must use its own "independent mind" to ensure the safety of passengers.
