Supreme Court: Long-term Sexual Intercourse in Relationship Can't be Termed 'Rape' - (17 Apr 2018)

Supreme Court has observed that it is difficult to hold sexual intercourse in the course of a relationship which continued for eight years, as ‘rape’.
