SC Says No to Out-of-Court Settlement between Binani Cement and UltraTech Cement - (16 Apr 2018)

As Supreme Court has said no to out-of-court settlement, Binani Industries Ltd has withdrawn its plea seeking an end to the bankruptcy proceedings against its subsidiary, Binani Cement and permission for an out-of-court settlement with UltraTech Cements.
