Call to Abstain from Judicial Work Violates Fundamental Right of an Advocate: MPHC - (12 Apr 2018)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that the decision of State Bar Council calling upon the advocates in state to observe the ongoing week-long protest and to abstain from all judicial works and court proceedings, is illegal and unconstitutional.
