Bombay High Court: Demand for GST is in Accordance with Law - (12 Apr 2018)

Bombay High Court has said that the demand for payment of Goods and Services Tax is in accordance with the law and dismissed a petition saying its demand “cannot be said to be vitiated by any error of law.”
