Kerala HC Upholds Amendment That Prescribed Payment of Minimum Wages Through Bank - (11 Apr 2018)

Kerala High Court has upheld the amendment brought in by the state government stipulating payment of minimum wages through bank accounts to employees of shops, private hospitals, star hotels, and a few other sectors.
