Gujarat High Court Gives Relief to Gitanjali Gems Director in Cheque Bounce Case - (10 Apr 2018)

Gujarat High Court has granted interim relief to Gitanjali Gems director Chetna Zaveri in a case where a cheque of Rs. 48 lakh, signed by Zaveri was not honoured.
