Bombay High Court: 'Unmarried Adult Daughter Entitled to Claim Maintenance from Her Father' - (09 Apr 2018)

Bombay High Court has ruled that an unmarried daughter is entitled to claim maintenance from her father even after attaining the age of 18 if her parents are divorced or estranged.
