Evidence Needed for Conviction Under SC/ST Act: Hyderabad High Court - (09 Apr 2018)

Hyderabad High Court has observed that Courts will not punish those who are accused u/s 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act, 1989 in absence of any evidence of allegations which attract ingredients of the above section.
