Delhi High Court Asks Fortis Healthcare to Respond on Daiichi's Plea - (06 Apr 2018)

Delhi High Court has asked Fortis Healthcare Ltd, which is going through the process of restructuring, to give its response on Japanese pharma major Daiichi Sankyo's plea to maintain status quo of the assets of the hospital chain.
