Delhi High Court Seeks CBI Probe Status on Over-invoicing of Coal, Equipment by Power Firms - (05 Apr 2018)

Delhi High Court has sought the CBI's response on its inquiry into alleged over-invoicing of coal and equipment imported by power generating companies of Adani group for its plants.
