Amrapali Row: Supreme Court Says Bank of Baroda Should Recover Money from Builder not Buyers - (28 Mar 2018)

Supreme Court has conveyed it to Bank of Baroda that they have lent money to the builder, Amrapali Group, and not to the flat buyers, therefore, they can’t ask people to pay the bank back.
