Delhi HC Terms Applications filed by Sonia and Rahul Gandhi as 'Infructuous' in National Herald Case - (15 Oct 2015)

Delhi High Court has termed as 'infructuous' the applications filed by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and some other party leaders alleging a "different treatment" was meted out to a challenge filed by them in the National Herald case.
