Delhi High Court to DGCA: File Affidavit on Airworthiness of A320 Neos - (21 Mar 2018)

Delhi High Court has directed the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to state on affidavit that the remaining fleet of aircraft of A-320 neo planes, which have not yet been grounded, were safe and airworthy.
