SC Stays Delhi HC Judgment in Indian Radiological & Imaging Association Case - (16 Mar 2018)

Supreme Court has stayed a Delhi HC judgment that held that there are no provisions in Pre-conception & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, empowering any body/ government to prescribe qualifications for practicing medicine with the aid of an ultrasound imaging equipment.
