CIT Has No Power to Cancel or Withdraw 12A Registration: Supreme Court - (15 Mar 2018)

Supreme Court has held that the Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) has no power to cancel or withdraw or recall the registration certificate granted under section 12A of the Income Tax Act 1961.
