Karnataka High Court: Can't Book Customer After Raid on Sex Workers - (15 Mar 2018)

Karnataka High Court has quashed a prostitution case against a ‘customer’ and reiterated that provisions of the Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act do not apply to ‘customers’.
