Supreme Court Says Foreign Law Firms Can’t Practice in India - (13 Mar 2018)

Supreme Court has held that foreign law firms cannot practice in the country, but allowed foreign lawyers to visit India on a “fly in and fly out” basis for rendering legal advice to their clients in India.
